Jalapeños Spinach Crema with Zahtar 


Delicious high protein dip for chips, raw veggies

or my Air Fried Spicy Chickpea and Broccoli Falafel Balls


Ingredints:

2 jalapenos with or without seeds

16 oz silken tofu 

2 tablespoon Zahtar (Oaktown spice shop) 

2 tablespoons lime juice 

¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes 

½ cup frozen spinach

3 plump garlic cloves 

1 teaspoon applewood smoked salt (Oaktown spice shop)


Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until completely smooth. Add more spice or salt to taste
